Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the ICT and Digital Transformation Specialist in:- * Provide technical support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- System software installation, administration, and configuration
- Support the roll-out of new applications, set up new users’ accounts and profiles
- Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults- replace parts if required
- User training on the retail system used
- Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
- Test and evaluate new technology
