RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading the recruitment and selection process in line with best recruitment practices
Resolving any industrial relations matters that may arise in line with the provisions of the Labor Act, Employment Code of Conduct and any other applicable statutory laws to foster a harmonious industrial relations environment.
To develop and implement the human capital strategy that support the achievement of GTF strategic goals
To facilitate drafting of employment contracts in line with new legislation and government policy.

Leading change management and organizational development initiatives in line with the business strategy.
Payroll processing and management
To administer and supervise the provision of secretarial services and meetings.
Enhance stakeholder engagement platforms
Evaluation and monitoring of work performance and services provision and responding to crisis management or disputes resolutions
Any other duties that maybe assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
A degree from a recognized university in Human Resources, Industrial Labor Relations, Administration, or any other related equivalent qualifications.
Two plus years of experience is an added advantage.
A clean criminal record.
