Housing Clerks X4
Duties And Responsibilities
The incumbent will be reporting to the Housing Officer and will be responsible for the following:
• Capturing of information in the Promun System
• Updating and maintaining council stand registers
• Creating and maintaining up to date files for stand owners
• Ensuring safe keeping of all council housing leases
• Maintaining council waiting lists
• Producing periodic reports for the lease section
• Any other duties as assigned by the Housing Officer
Qualifications And Experience
The Person Specification
• A degree from a recognized institution in Business Management. Local governance, Real Estate Management OR Rural and Urban Planning ,Community Studies OR Peace and Security Studies
• Knowledge of PROMUN system is an advantage
• Be computer literate
• Public sector experience is an added advantage.
