Job Title: ANALYSIS CLERK

Reports to: The Analysis Supervisor

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Checking waybills from the cash office for accuracy,
Analyzing conductor’s waybills,
Calculating the total kilometers covered per route, per bus and revenue collected per bus,
Ensuring that all way bills issued to the conductors are returned
Analyzing ticket books, checking for irregularities and advising respective authorities where necessary,
Filing record sheets and way bill continuity,
Inputting information into the SAP system and
Any other lawful duties as may be assigned from time to time

Education, Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of 5 ‘0’ Level passes with grade ‘C’ or better inclusive of English, Mathematics or Accounts.
25 years of age
No criminal record
Ability to follow verbal instructions and communicate effectively
Ability to operate safety and adaptive
