Our esteemed organization is looking for hands on, trustworthy, honest, well presented, mature and experienced hose & tanker driver instructor & relief instructor who is qualified to conduct class 2, 3 and 4 driving lessons. We are looking for someone who can work under pressure with minimum supervision.The incumbent will be conducting hose and tanker driver training courses in and around Zimbabwe, conducting trainings on safe driving techniques to different individual groups and organisations.

The preferred candidate should be technically knowledgeable in the operation of a hose and tanker vehicle, equipment and safety precautions required when operating such a vehicle.

Job description

Experience – At least 5 years and traceable working experience as a hose and tanker driver or instructor,

Age profile – between 35 – 45 yearsGender profile – maleEducation level – ‘O’ level, ‘A’ level is an added advantage, Qualifications: Drivers licence – Class 2 and 3, class 1 is an added advantageValid Defensive Driving Certificate, Valid Instructors CertificateSoftware – N/AEquipment – Breakdown service kit

Knowledge of – Handling a hose and tanker vehicleSkills – Delivering oral and practical driving lessons Ability to – Work for long hours, work during weekends away from home work independently, conduct class 2, 3 and 4 driving lessons as a relieferPersonality – Hard working, Motivated, Passionate, PatientAttributes – Punctual, excellent communication skillsOther – Previous experience as an instructor OrganisationIndustry – Commercial Culture – Dynamic and progressive
