Job Summary
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the following positions which have arisen in the Bank.
Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for managing, maintaining, developing, deploying of network, data centre, virtual infrastructure equipment and providing technical support to users.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Monitoring availability, reliability, stability and set up of the WAN, LAN, WLAN and VLAN.
- Recommending networking software and hardware enhancements.
- Providing network administration support, network maintenance and operations support.
- Administering infrastructure servers and the wide and local area network connectivity.
- Configuring third party applications on the bank platform.
- Researching on network related technologies and suggesting improvements.
- Conducting software upgrades.
Qualifications And Experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
- Certification in CISCO/CCNA/A+ is an added advantage.
- 2 years’ experience in Information Technology.
