This role is a significant EXCO appointment – part of a small dynamic management team based at Head Office.

We seek applicants only from blue chip companies or corporate – whereby HR is recognised and drives their business culture and operation as a preferred employer. You are expected to be hands on as the HR team is small. The HR team is already effective and competent to meet their current and future requirements. The role requires the successful person to manage the HR functions in their established regional operations, which are on a growth path. Previous regional HR work experience would be a distinct advantage. The role requires person to be a maximum age of 45 years. You should be well qualified with appropriate degree/MBA or alike – however a practical person who does not sit behind their desk and delegate is mostly wanted. The choice of person shall also be based on personality and a fit in to the existing EXCO team. You must be an exceptional HR generalist with experience across all the functions required which makes a company successful.
