Key Responsibilities
- Legal advice including writing opinions;
- Contracts negotiation, drafting and review;
- Tender evaluation;
- Legal awareness workshops;
- Litigation and prosecution cases;
- Licence applications review;
- Legislative drafting;
- Departmental risk register compilation;
- Board administrative assignments; and
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- A Bachelor of Laws degree (LLBs) from a recognized university;
- At least one (1) year experience in the provision of corporate secretarial services including minute writing and legal services;
- Good communication, analytical, presentation and report writing skills;
- Ability to work under pressure; and
- Must be a person of high integrity.
