Key Responsibilities

  • Legal advice including writing opinions;
  • Contracts negotiation, drafting and review;
  • Tender evaluation;
  • Legal awareness workshops;
  • Litigation and prosecution cases;
  • Licence applications review;
  • Legislative drafting;
  • Departmental risk register compilation;
  • Board administrative assignments; and
  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor of Laws degree (LLBs) from a recognized university;
  • At least one (1) year experience in the provision of corporate secretarial services including minute writing and legal services;
  • Good communication, analytical, presentation and report writing skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure; and
  • Must be a person of high integrity.
