Job Summary

We are looking for self starter Graduate Trainee in the Accounting and Finance discipline who is a fast leaner and eager to learn.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Assisting to keep financial records up-to-date.
  • Assisting in handling bookkeeping and following accounting best practices.
  • Performing bank reconciliation statements.
  • Assisting in Inventory control and stock valuation.
  • To assist in preparation of trade creditors and debtors reconciliations.
  • Assisting the finance department as required.
  • Assist to File, mail, and doing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications And Experience

Able to analyze financial records and transfer information
• Knowledge of accounting standards.
• Knowledge of tax administration eg, VAT, Informal traders and withholding tax is a prerequisite.
• Data entry and word processing skills
• Self-motivated, self-directed & accurate and precise attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills & excellent time management skills
• Must have 5 O Levels including English and Mathematics
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CIS ,ACCA
