Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily processing operations.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Develop and implement processing plans, strategies, and budgets to optimize production and minimize costs
• Lead and manage a team of professionals, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives

Requirements

• Degree in Metallurgy / Mine Engineering / Mine Management or related field.
• Proven experience in mine management in Zimbabwe specifically at a gold plant.
• Proven experience with CIP and heap leaching
• Valid Blasting license.
• Strong technical knowledge of processing operations, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions
