Key Responsibilities

• Managing and optimizing gold flotation circuits to maximize recovery and grade
• Monitoring plant metallurgical performance and implementing process improvements
• Conducting metallurgical test work and troubleshooting flotation challenges
• Developing and maintaining metallurgical accounting and reporting systems
• Collaborating with operations, maintenance, and laboratory teams
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards

Requirements

• Degree in Metallurgical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in gold processing, with proven expertise in gold flotation
• Strong understanding of flotation reagents, circuit design, and process optimization
• Hands-on plant experience with the ability to work in an operational environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
