• Candidates should be over 40
• Have minimum of 1st degree in Administration
• Have the ability to communicate with both employers and employees at all levels
• Be physically and mentally fit
• Should be coming from a mining industry environment
• Be fluent in major Zimbabwean languages
• Have not less than 5 years in N.E.C, Administration, Labor Administration and Industrial Relations
• Be in position of a valid class 4 drivers licence with a minimum of 5 years driving
• Be able to correspond for the Council with all external stakeholders and providing administrative and strategic leadership to council
