Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the organisation’s infrastructure, service delivery, and technical operations functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategy.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of all business-critical systems and services while driving service excellence for internal and external customers.
- Develop and implement technology strategies, policies, and governance frameworks that promote innovation, operational efficiency, security, and compliance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with an MBA or relevant Master’s Degree being an added advantage.
- Professional certifications in Project Management, IT Service Management (ITSM), Information Security, or Business Continuity Management will be a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the ICT industry, with significant exposure to infrastructure management, application systems support, and service delivery operations.
- Proven experience leading large-scale technology projects, digital transformation initiatives, and IT governance programmes within a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technologies, databases, operating systems, cybersecurity, business continuity, and IT service management frameworks.
- Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, vendor management, financial management, and strategic planning capabilities.
