Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute the overarching commercial, operational, and product strategies for EcoSure Health to drive market share, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Oversee the development and enhancement of micro-health insurance products, ensuring alignment with customer needs, mobile delivery models, and market trends. Direct end-to-end health insurance operations, including underwriting standards, digital claims processing workflows, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure rapid, transparent claim settlements.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with healthcare service providers, hospital networks, emergency rescue services, regulators, and distribution partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Insurance, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in health insurance, micro-insurance, or healthcare operations, with at least 3-5 years in a senior managerial capacity.
