Driveit Car Rental is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead operations, fleet, finances, people, and customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for a professional who can bring structure, accountability, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall business strategy & daily operations
- Manage fleet acquisition, servicing, licensing & insurance
- Control budgets, costs & profitability
- Enforce SOPs & risk management
- Drive customer service excellence
- Lead & performance-manage teams
- Ensure compliance (Labour, ZIMRA, NSSA, Insurance)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Logistics, Automotive, Accounting, or related)
- 5–7 years leadership experience (3+ at senior level)
- Experience in car rental, transport, logistics, or fleet-driven sectors
- Strong financial & compliance knowledge (Zimbabwe context)
- Proven leadership & accountability skills
- Added Advantage: MBA or growth/turnaround experience
