Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly fund performance and financial reports.
• Conduct data-driven fund analysis, including trend analysis and forecasting.
• Analyse contribution structures and develop proposals for contribution rate reviews.
• Evaluate benefit structures and utilisation trends and recommend improvements.
• Perform data analytics to identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
• Assess product performance and recommend strategies to improve fund sustainability.
• Analyse synergies with related stakeholders and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Provide analytical insights and strategic recommendations to support fund management decisions.
• Be able to create dashboards, use graphs and other presentation tools to present data in the best possible format.

Requirements

• Data Analytics or related degree (business analytics focus) Statistics, Health Economics, Actuarial Science.
• At least 3 years’ experience in an operations management position or similar.
• Good project management and business reporting skills.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Accounting and Finance background is an added advantage.
• Ability to promote efficiency toward achieving business objectives and profitability.
• Advanced knowledge of best business practices.
• Experience with budgets, financial reports, and monitoring expenses.
