Duties And Responsibilities
• Maintenance of business assets and proper accounting of various assets.
• Consolidation of data and development of financial planning reports.
• Authorization of financial transactions to ensure compliance to regulations and principles.
• Approval of expenditure, payments, reimbursements, and other financial costs within allocated limits.
• Review of cash flows and working capital on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis .
• Preparation of reports detailing gaps and providing recommendations to cash flow management strategies.
• Monitors and reviews Finance Procedure Manuals.
• Stay up to date with tax laws and regulations ensuring that finance staff are adequately trained, and the company’s tax manual is also up to date in line with changes.
• Manage Staff performance and motivation to ensure productivity.
Qualifications And Experience
APPLICANTS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree in Accounting
• CA or Full CIMA, ACCA
• Five years’ experience with three years at a supervisory level.
• Good communication skills .
• High computer literacy and knowledge of ERPs
