Preparation of monthly management accounts, annual statements, with supporting schedules for review by Group Chief Investment Officer, analyse and explain variances between actual costs against budget forecasts and prior year, Preparation & coordination of year-end audit, Payment & reconciliation of supplier statements on a monthly basis, Inventory: ensure physical stock counts performed monthly & reconciled to, analysis of monthly stock balances by stock item, showing cost breakdown, quantity and purchase dates, liaising with production and operations team to ensure accurate inventory. Ensure revenue is correctly captured at the correct rates and quantities. All Zimra & Tax matters.
