Requirements
- We are seeking a distinguished Chartered Accountant (CA) and senior finance executive with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Business Leadership (MBL), Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics or related fields.
- Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) required.
- Minimum 8-12 years of progressive experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within established, regulated financial institutions.
- Deep grounding in banking finance, including treasury, liquidity management, capital planning, and IFRS reporting.
- Demonstrated experience navigating complex regulatory environments.
- Strong command of risk management, governance, and financial controls.
- Proven ability to support organizational transformation and strategic execution.
