Requirements

  • We are seeking a distinguished Chartered Accountant (CA) and senior finance executive with:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Business Leadership (MBL), Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics or related fields.
  • Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) required.
  • Minimum 8-12 years of progressive experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within established, regulated financial institutions.
  • Deep grounding in banking finance, including treasury, liquidity management, capital planning, and IFRS reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience navigating complex regulatory environments.
  • Strong command of risk management, governance, and financial controls.
  • Proven ability to support organizational transformation and strategic execution.
