Purpose
Support our day-to-day financial transactions; Processing of online banking payments; Compiling of weekly cash reports and monthly financial reports; Capturing of financial transactions into financial packages; Payroll preparation and processing using payroll software; Bank reconciliations; Asset register management; Account Payables/Receivables management; Attend to financial questions and provide assistance to employees, stakeholders and donors; Prepare for institution and project audits and attend to audits comments.
Qualifications/experience
A first degree or HND in accounting with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an NGO and/or donor funded program; Experience with Quickbooks a distinct advantage; Possession of a current, clean driver’s licence with 2 years driving experience is a requirement.
