Industrial Psychology Consultants (Pvt) Ltd has been contracted by the Agricultural Marketing Authority to assist with the recruitment and selection of a suitable candidate for each of the positions below:

Director Agribusiness

Qualifications and Experience

• Hold at least a Master’s or equivalent degree in agricultural economics / agriculture / agribusiness / economics or any related field
• PhD is an added advantage
• Relevant 10 years experience, 3 years of which in a senior managerial position

Director Research and Knowledge Management

Qualifications and Experience

• Hold at least a Master’s or equivalent degree in agricultural economics / agriculture / agribusiness / economics or any related field.
• PhD is an added advantage
• Relevant 10 years experience as a researcher
• Evidence of publications in scholarly journals will be required

Head of Finance

Qualifications and Experience

• Hold at least a Master’s or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance or CA
• Chartered Accountant preferred
• Relevant 10 years experience, 3 years of which in a senior managerial position
• Experience in an NGO environment

Head of Compliance

Qualifications and Experience

• LLB degree or equivalent
• Admitted Attorney
• 8 years’ post admission experience in a Commercial Law environment

Human Capital Business Partner

Qualifications and Experience

• BSc in any Social Science degree
• IPMZ Diploma is an added advantage
• Relevant 5 years experience, 2 years of which in a managerial position
