I. Develop the Enterprise Risk Management Policy for NetOne. 2 Guiding integration of enterprise risk management with other organizational planning and management activities 3. Liaise with departmental heads in ensuring completion of quality departmental risk registers. 4. Compile and manage the corporate risk register. 5. Identify training needs for risk management and oversee development of enterprise risk competence and awareness across NetOne. 6. Work with Executive Audit & Risk ensuring the identification and prioritization of risks and reporting of the same. 7. Liaise with department and division heads on the adequacy of proposed actions in management of risk areas highlighted in internal audit reports. 8. Monitor implementation of action plans to ensure risk mitigation efforts are proceeding as required 9. Proactively identify emerging risks and report to relevant stakeholders. 10. Develop risk management system and train departmental risk champions on implementation. 11. Regularly evaluate and report the effectiveness of cascading risk management approach to business decision making, 12. Assist Executive Audit & Risk in preparing Board papers for risk management reporting. 13. Lead and develop Risk Officer in performing risk management process for NetOne.
Degree in Risk Management or equivalent; A Master’s degree in Risk Management or equivalent is an added advantage; Professional certification in Risk Management 3- 5 years’ management experience in relevant field.
The candidate should be highly analytical and able to work under pressure. • The candidate should be a good leader. Communicate effectively at all levels, a team player, confident honest and highly computer literate. The ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality of information obtained in the course of his/her duties unless disclosure is required by legal authority.
