To operate, maintain fuel, keep records of, and generally manage any and all project vehicles, including rental vehicles, in a compliant and diligent manner on a daily basis. Driver is often frequently the face of the project, visiting many parts of the country and representing the project. Driver shall transport project personnel safely and run errands as requested.

Specific Tasks
Specific tasks of Driver include, but are not limited to, the following:
Driver will maintain Project Vehicle and drive project staff to and from meetings, appointments, and all other project-related travel. Specific duties include: Vehicle maintenance including regular check-ups, cleanings, and fueling; Maintain an accurate vehicle log; Coordinate and manage vehicle and trip scheduling as needed with the Administrative Assistant; Maintain accurate records and paperwork on all vehicle-related purchases and maintenance; Provide safe transportation to and from locations for project staff; Ensure compliance with all Lead and local driving laws and regulations; Inform management of any damage, loss, theft or accidents to the project vehicle; Ensure the physical integrity and safeguard of the project vehicle at all times; Daily cleaning of offices and ablution facilities; Preparing teas for office staff and ensuring dishes and the kitchen are always kept clean

Qualifications and Requirements
At least 5 “O” levels including English language, clean class 4 drivers license. At least 5 years driving experience. Ability to work under pressure, good communication skills and understanding of simple mechanical issues.
