DIVISIONAL SECRETARY – Standards Association of Zimbabwe 1072 views

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the following position that have arisen within the Standards Association of Zimbabwe:

Location: Bulawayo

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the Divisional Manager’s diary• File all correspondences and documents for the Division• Manage the Division’s stationary, petty cash and issues fuel vouchers• Handling incoming and outgoing calls• Generate invoices and receipts• Assist clients with enquiries within incumbents’ scope• Ensure Laboratory System management manuals are up to date • Organise divisional meetings

Qualifications and Experience

• 5 Ordinary Levels including Mathematics and English• Diploma in Secretarial Studies• 3 years relevant experience• Knowledge of Microsoft suite and packages i.e word, PowerPoint and Excel• Knowledge of SAP System and Laboratory Management Systems
