Director Finance, Administration and Human Resources
The Role To oversee and direct the Finance Administration and Human Resources division of the company including establishing finance, administration and human resource systems and controls of the company in line with the organisation’s vision and mission and playing a central role in the achievement of the organisation’s strategic goals.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
• Oversees, manages and directs the organisation’s finance, administration and human resources division
•Setting up finance administration and human resource systems and controls in line with International •Financial Reporting Standards and other relevant Standards.
•Produce periodic accounts presenting same to the Board’s Finance Committee
• Attend to all audit queries timeously
• Liaise with the organisation’s bankers for funding opportunities
• Manage organisation’s running costs as to maximise organisation’s profitability
•Responsible for smooth and profitable operation of the company’s human resources department and developing a strategic human resources plan and overseeing human resources functions.
•Taking leadership role in developing a culture that enables employee to perform in accordance to the company’s objectives.
Requirements
•A Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from a reputable University
• A professional qualification such as CA, CIS, CIMA, ACCA is preferred
• At least 5 years -experience as a Finance and Administration Director
• Experience in Real Estate, Property Management or Construction is an added advantage
