Key Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.
• Supporting the business mandate through provision of legal advisory services.
• Enhancement of good corporate governance by ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations.
• Providing secretarial services to the Board and Board Committees.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree
• A commercial post graduate degree is an added advantage
• Must have at least 5 years’ experience working as an in-house legal counsel in a commercial entity.
• Membership to a professional body
• He/She must be; decisive, creative, initiative, highly motivated, flexible, a team player, analytical, able to work to tight deadlines, possessing good communication, interpersonal, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
