Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any Social  Sciences
• Experience in a similar field
• Fluent in English and in either Shona or Ndebele
• Clean class 4 driver’s licence

Job requirements 

• Training and educating stakeholders on aspects on the Councils Industrial Regulations
• Conducting field inspections on work conditions , financial records and employment contracts and to enforce compliance of the CBAs and the Labour Act CPA 28:01
• Maintaining and managing a data base for industry employers and employees
• To ensure members remit their duties to the council
• Labour dispute resolutions through

1. Conciliation
2. Determination of labour disputes through rulings
3. Confirming rulings at the labour court

• Performing the relevant administration duties and writing relevant reports
• Reporting to the General Secretary
