Key Responsibilities

• Classify goods using HS Codes and process customs entries on ASYCUDA World.
• Ensure compliance with ZIMRA customs legislation and trade regulations.
• Prepare and submit accurate customs documentation for timely cargo clearance.
• Resolve customs queries, inspections, and clearance challenges.
• Coordinate clearing and forwarding activities across all modes of transport.
• Liaise with shipping lines, agents, transporters, and port authorities.
• Provide shipment updates and advisory support to clients and internal teams.
• Maintain accuracy to minimize delays, penalties, and financial risk.

Requirements

• SFAAZ qualification (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customs Clearance / Clearing & Forwarding.
• Strong working knowledge of HS Codes, ZIMRA procedures, and ASYCUDA World.
• Experience handling import, export, transit, and bonded cargo.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and compliance focus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
