• Corporate and Commercial advisory work.
• Banking and finance advisory work.
• Corporate strategy, structuring and execution.
• Advising on initial public offerings.
• Advising on mergers and acquisitions.
• Corporate and commercial litigation.

The ideal candidate must:-

• Be registered legal practitioner with a minimum of 5 years’ post qualification experience.
• Have sound skills in drafting and reviewing contracts and company documents.
• Be able to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be able to interface with regulatory authorities.
• Be able to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
