The incumbent will be responsible to the Board Chairperson and key responsibilities includes fostering best practice in Corporate Governance and ensuring full compliance to statutory requirements by the business

Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor of Laws(Hons) LLB Degree from a reputable university
MBA/MBL is an added advantage
A minimum of 6 Years similar experience , 2 years of which should be at managerial level
Experience in telecommunications sector would be an added advantage
Competencies
Strong Business acumen, managerial and analytical skills
Good Communication and Interpersonal skills with employees and stakeholders
Ability To think strategically and translates insights into action
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
Excellent stakeholder and management skills
