Candidate to have the following minimum qualities ;
- Minimum of 10 years hands on experience in Design , Supervision of Road Civils Works,Structural and Building Construction
- Ability to use Arc-Cad and Auto-Cad.
- Minimum-Degree in Civil Engineering
- Project Management Certification is a must
- Drivers Licence is an added advantage
- Mature and able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
