Job Description

• Demonstrated understanding of physical security strategies, policies, principles, procedures, and standards.
• Ability to think critically through the intricacies of complex situations, with a keen ability for collaboration, persuasion, and negotiation.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge and experience in defining access control policies and governance, asset protection best practices and as well as in business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
• Domestic and international travel is required in order to effectively respond to newly developed risks and critical events as situations required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management or security related field
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Ten years of proven leadership experience in corporate security management and investigations and/or leadership experience in law enforcement management and investigations.
• International corporate security leadership and/or international law enforcement leadership experience is preferred.
