Key Responsibilities
- Handle cash, Ecocash, bank transfers, and card payments
- Issue receipts, invoices, and credit notes in line with company policy
- Attend to customers professionally and provide product/service information
- Reconcile daily sales and prepare cash-up reports for submission to Accounts
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier area and follow loss control procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 5 ‘O’ Levels including Maths and English
- Diploma/Certificate in Accounts, Business Studies, or related
- 1-2 years’ experience as a Cashier, preferably in a retail environment
- Computer literate – Proficient in Pastel, QuickBooks, or any ERP/POS system
- Honest, numerate, and detail-oriented with high levels of integrity
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure
