Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage banking relationships, treasury activities and cash flow
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
- Monitor profitability, costs and financial performance
- Strengthen internal controls, compliance and risk management
- Provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making
- Maintain accurate data within the GAAP system
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly business reports
- Analyse sales, margins, operational metrics and costs
- Identify business trends and improvement opportunities
- Maintain data integrity and support audits
- Deliver actionable insights for management decision-making
- Manage the General Manager’s calendar, meetings and travel
- Prepare reports, presentations and business documents
- Coordinate communication across departments
- Draft and maintain SOPs, policies and employee handbook
- Monitor project progress and follow up on action items
- Support operational initiatives and special projects
- Design and deliver staff training programmes
- Coach employees through on-the-job training
- Conduct skills assessments
- Identify learning gaps and implement development plans
- Monitor performance and training effectiveness
- Work closely with managers to improve team capability

- Maintain product quality and consistency
- Develop new pizza products and promotions
- Control inventory, costs and wastage

Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics or related field
- CA(Z), ACCA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a senior finance position
- Strong understanding of banking operations and financial strategy
- Excellent analytical, forecasting and leadership skills
- Fast food or QSR industry experience is highly preferred
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting or related field
- Strong practical knowledge of the GAAP system
- Proven experience within the fast food or QSR industry
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Fast food or QSR industry experience is an advantage
- Experience as a Trainer, Coach or Learning and Development professional
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and food safety
