Job Summary

The Zimbabwe National Water Authority (ZINWA) is Inviting applications from suitably qualified, mature, honest and substantially experienced persons for appointment to the above challenging positions which have arisen In the Organization.

Business Development Officer
The applicant will be based at Head Office, Harare and reporting to the Commercial Director.

Duties And Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES
i. Developing a comprehensive growth plan and innovative strategies for retaining
customers.
ii. Analyzing the Authority’s expense budgets, sales, product deficiencies and revenue and provide recommendations for the organization’s growth.
iii. Ensuring that ZINWA stays up to date with best practices in terms of its policies, products and pricing.
iv. Analyzing ZINWA’s customer base and business portfolios in order to identify potential sales opportunities.
v. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction.
Responding to queries and complaints from customers regarding the Authority’s products.

Qualifications And Experience

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
i. Degree in Business Studies, Commerce, Economics or equivalent
ii. A minimum of three years post qualifying experience
iii. Good interpersonal and leadership skills
iv. Proven track record
