Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies in liaison with the Managing Director.
- Conduct market research, analyse trends, and identify competitive advantages to inform strategic planning.
- Identify new markets, regions, and opportunities for business growth in line with set targets.
- Develop, review, and enhance products and marketing strategies to maintain competitiveness.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to guide business decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and stakeholders.
