We are looking to recruit a suitable candidate for the above position which has arisen at our Harare Head Office, for which the major key result area is new business development for the Agriculture Insurance cost centre.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and delivering presentations to potential new clients in the agriculture sector.
Work closely with key influencers in the agriculture insurance market to gain leads then follow them up.
Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts.
Carrying out farm visits for client prospecting as well as client servicing requirements.
Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation,

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Agriculture/Agronomy/ Crop Science.
As least 3 years proven working experience in the Agriculture Insurance sector.
Diploma or relevant qualifications in Short Term Insurance and Risk Management is an added advantage
