Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Support MSMEs with business planning and growth strategies.
- Provide client onboarding and business advisory support.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Design and deliver entrepreneurship and technical training programmes.
- Conduct training needs assessments.
- Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and participant support.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Support the implementation of development programmes.
- Manage training logistics and scheduling.
- Monitor programme performance and report on impact.
- Engage SMEs, partners, and other stakeholders to strengthen collaboration.
- Promote organisational services and programmes.
- Prepare reports on activities, performance, and outcomes.
- Track programme outcomes and KPIs.
