BURNING SECTION COACH X 1
Sino-Zimbabwe Cement Company, a leading cement manufacturer situated 38 Km from Gweru in Midlands Province, is looking for competent and experienced persons to fill the following positions.
QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

10-year hands on experience working in the cement industry.
-
Ability to read and understand technical documentation is a prerequisite.
THE JOB
-
Involves monitoring the standard of operations and influence the attainment of operational best practices in the key areas of the burning section of the process line.

Ensures kiln stability, output, quality of product and safety of personnel, plant and equipment.

Guarantees raw mill output, stability, quality and safety of personnel, plant and equipment, including the waste gas system.

Oversees coal mill operations: output, quality and safety of personnel, plant and equipment.

Includes conducting on the job training in kiln burning and raw milling sections.

Provides support and guidance in routine maintenance/ overhaul shutdown jobs to guarantee quality of work and timeliness of completion.

Requires ability to interpret process diagrams and manuals in Mandarin.

Entails the ability to relate Chinese process standards to other international standards.
