Our client a leading financial services organization is seeking confident, engaging, brand ambassadors and promotional models to represent their brand at events, activations, and client-facing engagements. Ideal candidates should thrive in high-energy environments and excel at delivering exceptional customer experiences. A background in modelling, brand representation, or administration is preferred.

 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

 

• Represent the brand at financial expos, product launches, activations, and client events

• Engage with potential clients to explain product offerings and answer basic inquiries

• Maintain a polished, professional appearance aligned with brand standards

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging

• Distribute promotional materials and assist with lead generation

• Provide feedback from customer interactions to improve marketing strategies

• Attend training sessions to gain product knowledge and understand compliance requirements

• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when discussing financial services

 

 

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

 

 

• Minimum of High School Certificate or equivalent

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

• Additional training or certification in customer service, or financial services
