Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily running of the boys’ boarding house.
- Ensure discipline, safety, and spiritual well-being of all boarders.
- Mentor, guide and counsel learners.
- Supervise homework, study time and lights out.
- Maintain boarding house records and reports.
- Liaise with parents/guardians and school management.
- Ensure boarding facilities are clean, secure and well maintained.
- Ability to teach some subjects or execute administration duties as required.
- Oversee the daily running of the girls’ boarding house.
- Provide a caring, motherly and disciplined environment.
- Prepare balanced and nutritious meals for learners.
- Ensure cleanliness of dormitories, dining and kitchen areas.
- Care for the health, hygiene and personal needs of learners.
- Monitor learners’ attire, behaviour and well-being.
- Keep boarding house records and inventory.
- Liaise with parents/guardians and school management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 YEARS experience in a similar role
- Seventh-day Adventist in good & regular standing
- Minimum Diploma in Education
- Knowledge in Accounting and record keeping
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Mature, responsible and committed to Christian values and lifelong learning.
