Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders accurately, safely, and on time.
• Ensure all deliveries are handled with care to maintain food quality.
• Collect and submit payments where applicable.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers.
• Conduct daily checks on the motorbike and report any faults or maintenance requirements.
• Follow all road traffic regulations and company safety policies.
• Assist with order dispatch and coordination during peak periods.
• Keep delivery records and submit required reports.
• Represent the Chicken House brand positively at all times.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s Licence
• At least 1 year of riding or delivery experience.
• Good knowledge of Harare roads and surrounding areas.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Honest, dependable, and able to work under pressure.
• Defensive driving certificate and a clean driving record will be an added advantage.
