Applications are invited to fill in the vacant positions of Bancassurance Sales Agents reporting to the Bancassurance Manager.

Duties And Responsibilities

Drive sales and achieve monthly targets at Bank Branches
Convert 80% of new business
Ensure that all service requirements are met, facilitated, and customers are satisfied
Retention of clients through engagement
Getting referrals
Cross selling and up selling of Insurance products
Ensuring Standing Instructions are completed and submitted for capturing
Spearhead all lead generation initiatives from the various touch points of the company- from walk-in clients • online, data mining, referrals, and others

Qualifications And Experience

Work experience
Candidates should have at least 5 ‘0’ Levels including Maths & English plus tertiary training
A business related Diploma or Degree is desirable
Minimum of 2 years working experience
Good track record of achieving sales targets.
