Valley Sharks Agricultural Union Cooperative Society (Pvt) Hauna Fruits and Vegetable Processing Plant – Manicaland Province
Valley Sharks Agricultural Union Cooperative Society (Pvt) is pleased to announce the establishment of the Hauna Fruits and Vegetable Processing Plant in Manicaland Province. The plant is a flagship initiative aimed at boosting local agro-processing, value addition, and employment creation within the horticultural sector.
We are seeking applications from suitably qualified and motivated candidates to join our dynamic team (We strongly encourage women to apply). The following positions are available:

| Strategic Planning and Business Development | ||
| Accounts Clerk(1) | Transaction processing and records Maintenance | National Diploma or Higher National Diploma in Accounting, Finance or any related field |
| Reconciliation and payroll support | 2-3 years’ experience in accounting or Bookkeeping | |
| Inventory and cost support | Working knowledge of accounting packages (e.g. Pastel, Sage, QuickBooks) | |
| Reporting and audit preparation | ||
| Production Supervisor (1) | Production planning and execution | National Diploma or degree in food technology, production management or related field |
| Supervision of production staff | 3-5 years’ experience in a food manufacturing, preferably in snack food or agro-processing | |
| Quality and safety oversight | Proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced production environment | |
| Machine and process efficiency | Strong knowledge of food safety systems (GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000) | |
| Data Management and Reporting | ||
| Marketing and Procurement Clerk (1) | Marketing and Sales support | National Diploma or degree in marketing, business administration or related field |
| Procurement management (buying throughput) | 2-3 years’ experience in marketing or procurement, preferably in FMCG or Agro-processing | |
| Record-keeping and Reporting | Strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in MS Office and social media tools | |
| Banana chips Production Line Operator (5) | Machine Operation and Monitoring | Zimbabwe National certificate in mechanical engineering, food processing or related Technical field |
| Quality Assurance and Compliance | 1-2 years of experience operating food Processing or industrial production machinery | |
| Maintenance and trouble shooting | ||
| Record keeping and reporting |
