Requirements

We expect an Associate Consultant to be able to demonstrate distinctive and superior competencies in one or more of the following focus areas inter-alia:

Duties and Responsibilities

• Organisation Development,

• Culture Change Management,

• Strategic Planning,

• Executive Recruitment,

• Corporate Governance Advisory,

• Compensation Analysis and Design.

We expect our Consultants to have the ability and confidence to interact with Management and Executive teams in reputable client organisations locally and beyond our borders.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Human Resources Management / Social Science Degree or relevant Degree.

• Diploma in Human Resources Management (IPMZ) or equivalent.

• MBA/ MBL advantageous.

• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
