DESCRIPTION 
Applications are invited from experienced, results oriented and suitably qualified persons for the above-mentioned position which has arisen at a large Harare based manufacturing company.

Responsible to: The Group Treasury Manager

Key Job Functions:

• Ensuring that all foreign payments comply with set standards and contain all the necessary required information
• Ensuring that all Invoices and supporting documentation is complete and authorized
• Ensuring that Foreign Payments are processed timeously within the stipulated timeframes
• Proper filling and maintenance of all payments and documents relating to foreign currencytransactions
• Ensuring that all exchange control requirements relating to foreign payments are adhered to
• Weekly reconciliation and updating management on all outstanding bills of entry (Imports)/CDIs (Exports) in liaison with Banks
• Facilitating all foreign travel payments timeously
• Following up with Banks on funds allocated at the Foreign Currency Auction for final payment to Foreign Suppliers
• Ensuring adherence to all Foreign Exchange requirements
• Any other duties as delegated.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Banking.
• Studying towards a Professional qualification is an added advantage
• At least 2 years’ experience in a related environment
• Knowledge of Navision ERP is also an advantage.
• Team player and ability to work under minimum supervision
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems will be an added advantage.
