The incumbent will be required to visits to customers in Harare and outside of town. Providing Outsourced Merchandisers with direction and management. Training Outsourced sales reps and merchandisers. Assisting with product planograms and ensuring correct implementation of these. Weekly reports detailing market conditions and findings. Looking for opportunities to market company product portfolio and ensure best visibility. Maintain customer database. Monitor product sales and returns. A driver’s licence is required and a company car and fuel will be provided. The company also offers a sales incentive.
