Trojan Mine is a division of Trojan Nickel Mine Limited, which is a 100% subsidiary of Bindura Nickel Corporation Limited. We are looking for suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following positions which have arisen in our Engineering department.
Assistant Engineer – LHDs and Dump Trucks
Reporting to the Section Engineer – Mobile. the incumbent will have a key role in supporting the business through ensuring high availability of LHDs and dump trucks.
Duties And Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
• Monitoring the day-to-day maintenance of LHDs and dump trucks.
• Maintaining critical spares of the LHDs and dump trucks.
Qualifications And Experience
• At least 3 years post Learnership experience in a mining environment.
• Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning or Enterprise Asset Management to systems and maintenance management,
• Knowledge of safety, health and environmental systems.
• A Diploma in Project Management is an added advantage.
