Administrator
Duties And Responsibilities
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. To ensure all fuel taken is reconciled all the time.
2. To issue delivery notes and capturing them for all consignments and loads delivered.
3. To ensure all creditors are captured and reconciled before submission to head office for payment.
4. To maintain the petty.
5. To ensure compliance to regulation for the whole company fleet.
6. To maintain insurance for the company assets and claims thereof.
7. To maintain road tolls account.
8. To maintain staff attendance, register and related issues.
9. To respond to all tenders.
10. Ensure internet, stationary, etc. is accessible to authorized staff.
